How a case reaches you

1. A client describes their matter and organises it into a case file — a chronology, the documents, and the issue each one goes to.
2. If part of it needs a licensed professional, the client can ask to be introduced.
3. Nothing is sent without the client’s explicit consent. They see exactly what would be shared and approve sending it to you specifically. Approving one introduction does not authorise another, and cases are never broadcast to a panel.
4. You see the case in your dashboard and accept or decline. If you accept, you and the client agree scope and fees directly — your engagement, your terms, your conflict and identity checks.

What we are not

• Not a law firm. We give no legal advice and do not supervise, direct or review your work.
• No commission. We take no percentage of your fees or of any settlement, award or recovery, and no referral fee for a matter.
• No outcome promises to clients, and no ranking or endorsement of professionals.
• No charge to apply. If we ever charge professionals for access to the platform, it will be a flat fee disclosed before you agree to it — never tied to the outcome of a matter, and never payment for placement.
